Provide caller with their log in info

View reports and coach callers

Select a call campaign

Click start to begin calling

If no answer, click leave voicemail.

When call is completed record dispositions.

Make next call

Step 7

If necessary stop call campaign.

Resume call campaign where you left off.

Complete call campaign
