You can access Call Logic from anywhere you have an internet connection and any phone. You can even use your cell phone! You’ll log in at www.calllogic.com, provide your username and password, select a call campaign, and you can start dialing!

Do I need to purchase any equipment to use Call Logic?

No, you do not need to purchase any equipment to use Call Logic.  It is an internet-based application that requires only that you provide a phone number for Call Logic to use to make outbound calls.

Will I have to pay for the future upgrades?

Upgrades and updates for Call Logic are always included with a current subscription. This includes access from anywhere at any time with an internet connection

How do I determine how many licenses I need?

Call Logic is a SaaS product that is charged per user per month. Large account discounts are available if you get in contact with us.

How is Call Logic different from auto dialer software?

Unlike auto dialers, Call Logic’s dialer software has no delay upon live connections. Auto dialers also have an automated voice respond when answered. With our power dialer, the user is in control of the data they import and use the system. Call Logic is meant for real people who want to have real connections.
